Who we are

This website and the game Fire, Gees & Braai! are published by Falo Games. You can reach us through our contact page.

The game

The game for iPhone and iPad is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms cover this website, partner enquiries and fair play.

Using this website

• You're welcome to read, link to and share the pages.
• The art, characters, logo and text belong to Falo Games. You may use them to write about or promote the game, but please don't use them to suggest we endorse something we don't.
• Apple and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. The South African flag is shown with respect, in line with the national flag-use guidelines.
• The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, but features, dates and events can change.

Partner enquiries

Sending us a sponsorship idea doesn't create an agreement or an obligation for either side. Any sponsorship is agreed separately in writing, and it follows the house rules on the partners page: no alcohol, respect for vegan and vegetarian players, honest claims, and a sponsor label that's always visible.

Fair play on the leaderboards

When the Daily Challenge and province tables go online:

• play the game as it comes from the App Store: no modified apps, scripts or exploits;
• we may remove runs, reset friend codes or hide scores that look impossible or break these rules;
• nicknames that are offensive may be changed.

We link to Apple, Google and our own contact page on falogames.com. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. South African law applies to these terms.
